RogerHatch.com offers remote support though ShowMyPC remote connectivity client/server. Show my PC is a small downloadable utility that allows our support team to access your workstation to provide remote support. ShowMyPC will download and then once you exit it is gone.

To access our support team, call United IT Support, 714.936.9824, and request support. Once we have established a phone call we can prompt you though the downloading of ShowMyPC. The steps to download are as follows:

Click on the ShowMyPC link.
You will be prompted to save or open file, choose open.
You may be prompted to 'run', click on OK
You may be prompted again to 'run' once again click OK
ShowMyPC remote access screen will appear.

Click on Show my PC to remote Users
A message will appear asking you to unblock a port. click on Unblock port.
A password will be generated.
We will ask you for this password.
